Open Support Groups

Adult Children of Addicts (ACOA)

For people who were profoundly affected by the dysfunction in their families of origin, whether alcohol/drugs were present in the home or not.

Al-Anon

If you're concerned about someone's addiction, whether you're a parent of a child struggling with substance use, a teen with a parent facing addiction, or have a partner, friend, or family member dealing with it, this group can support you. It helps you set healthy boundaries, distinguish between enabling and helping, and provides education about addiction.

Codependents Anonymous (CoDA)

For those who struggle with maintaining healthy boundaries, building strong relationships with themselves and others, or tend to prioritize others' needs over their own. This valuable resource can help you understand codependency traits and how they affect your life.

National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI)

Nami's support groups provide a space for those looking to understand mental illness, access helpful resources, and connect with others facing similar challenges. These groups are typically led by members of the community.
