Types of Support
Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a collaborative process involving a therapist and an individual. The primary objectives of therapy often include exploring change to enhance one's quality of life. Many individuals seek therapy to address challenges that are too difficult to tackle alone. This type of therapy is also referred to as counseling. I offer individual therapy sitting beside a campfire, inside a small cabin on my property, virtually, or a mixture of all. If you have a support animal, you are welcome to bring them to our sessions. Dress is casual and if you are comfortable sitting on the ground, it is encouraged. Comfortable camping chairs are also available.
Couples Therapy

Couples therapy is therapy to enhance your relationship. It's beneficial not only for those facing crises but also as a proactive approach to boost communication, deepen emotional bonds and navigate life changes together. Sessions will focus on relationship dynamics, communication styles, and ongoing conflicts. Some goals may include fostering unity, establishing and upholding personal boundaries, regulating emotions, and resolving conflicts. Common topics in couples therapy are communication issues, trust challenges, parenting disagreements, financial pressures, intimacy concerns, and life transitions.
Group Therapy for Women

I facilitate a support group specifically for women. If you are a woman or identify as a woman, we invite you to join our evening campfire gatherings under the stars. This is a safe environment for discussing your challenges and receiving support from others who may share similar experiences. Support groups can be incredibly helpful for women experiencing anxiety or depression. Here, you can express your feelings, receive feedback, discover what works for others, and learn healthy coping strategies to alleviate your symptoms. We promote body positivity and celebrate diversity within our group.
